Here's how she did it

An old earring, a marker tip and a pen nib. Voila! a Delonghi style kettle.
Which brings us to the topic of tools. I asked pinchofpepper
what she recommends from her tool box. She said "I think the most important piece of equipment you can have for making miniatures is a dremmel. They are a godsend for drilling, sanding, and polishing. You generally get a good selection of bits with them when you buy a set."
